In this tutorial we teach you how to create users: administrator, operator, seller and carrier. In addition, we explain what are the permissions that each one has within the platform.

The users module allows you to create, edit or delete users. The administrator user will be able to deactivate any user at any time.
On the platform, in the "Users" section, you can create the operations, carrier and seller users.
You have to enter the user profile you want to create and from there you must complete the following user data:
E-mail
Name and surname
Upload user image
Once added to the platform, the new user will receive an invitation email with the password to register for the first time. You can download the app and operate both on it and on the platform.
From your account, the new user will be able to change the password from the “profile” section.

Permissions of the admin user
You will only see the information corresponding to the clients that you have assigned in your commercial portfolio (client details, orders, messages). You can assign special discounts to your customers.
Seller / commercial user permissions
They are the users who will be in charge of assembling the order, they will not be able to see the sales graph, messages or the details of the clients.
This user has limited access to information about the company in reference to sales and customer data.
User permissions operations
They will only see the information of the orders (not including the messages) and will be able to change the status related to the delivery. You will be able to see the client's telephone number, delivery address and schedules.
Carrier user permissions
From the platform, in the "employees" section, you can create the operations, carrier and seller users.
You have to enter the user profile you want to create and from there you must complete the following user data:
E-mail
Name and surname
